Why is say power off on Luna. G3 just got machine 2 months ago. I did unplug cord for power from both way electric wall plug and back of machine it say power off

and i want to know..what is the tubing you use?

I just got the Airmini and I'm astounded how quiet it is. I used to travel with my Airsense 11, but this is TINY in comparison. If you wish to quiet the sound even more, put the unit inside a carrying case or luggage with an opening enough so it takes in air. Then it's as quiet as a home unit, especially compared to having it on a hard surface like this video test where sound reflects easily. It seriously is much quieter in person than I expected. I love this thing. My first trip with it is in a couple weeks. No more bulky Airsense 11 for me! Thanks for the video

Why does my new ResMed 11 not have a cool down time? (air blowing after shut off) My old machine had cool down period. Is there a way to turn this on? I do have humidity set at 4.

My previous machine had a cool down feature but, my new ResMed 11 does not blow after turning it off. Why is this? How would I turn it on? I do have humidifier on a 4 setting.

I have a problem with Humidity, on a RESMED Air Sense 10 BIPAP. I/m using a Climate Line with O2 Nipple and 1 Liter of Oxygen. If I put it on auto I get too much Humidity. If I put it on manual and set Humanity to 1 with a hose temperature of 70 I get too much and my sinuses clog up. If I turn off humidity and leave the hose temp to 70 I don't get enough humidity, but my sinuses open up but I get a little dry. What do I do?

My air mini arrived with the Smart Start, apparently, because it comes on after I put my mask on the. But it appears the Smart Stop is not enabled because I have the manually turn it off. How do I enable the Smart Stop. Thank you

I hate how dry I get with a full mask. Heat and humidity doesn't seem to help me much. Maybe if I try getting my mouth shut more that will help . I've been to the point where I'm like the hell with this.. I give up over how bad the dry mouth gets

I am fairly new to cpap. 2+months, and barely a full night sleep yet. I was fitted to the Evora medium, but maybe should have been given small. Frustrated, the lower part of the cusion you mentioned rubs the lip of some, I think the opening is too obstructive. It covers half of my nostrils. AND I should just get used to it. Was told I could try the Dream.. pillow. Fit was not much better, but as a side/stomach sleeper, it was like sleeping in a wind tunnel- so noisy. I have cut off 1/2 inch of the lower silicon, and it has helped. Do any of the nasal cradels have less inner lip space, like zero?

The standard tube works with an "L" piece on the back. Does the heated tube come with a similar direction converter?

I will try the heated tube but Amazon only seem to have the Resmed 10 versions.

THANK YOU SOOOO much!!!! My AirSense 10 "broke" 2 days ago and a friend gave me an identical machine that she has not used. I have made numerous calls to doctors' offices and DME providers to figure out how to1.fix mine or 2. new script or 3 new machine or 4fix needed part and struck out on all accounts. I am going out of town in less than a week. Have used cpap for sleep for well OVER 20+ years but have never needed to even know the pressure not to mention having to change it. You are an answer to my prayers! As a retired RN, I have never had a need for this information. But it has been so helpful, I've watched it 3 times. I did change the pressure to mine and cleared her settings. But it had an option to go back to factory settings. I didn't do that for fear of changing what i did alter. Should i change the factory default ?

Does this work well with high pressure? I have tried this style before (different brand) and it didnt seem to do well with my higher pressure.

What about the other hole? What happens if the seal on that goes bad?

Hello from Finland I am new to using Resmed 11 wit the F40 mask. On my 3. night. My mask setting says nostral, full face and nose. Wich one is the right setting. There is no pillow setting in Finnish so I was wondering that the pillow might be nostral or the nose settin but wich one? Thank you for this tip. I automaticly put it on full face option.

Filter installation. The two sides are different. Which side oit?

Ours was very frustrating. It kept saying to adjust the mask, and we followed all the steps, so I am not sure why it kept saying that. Additionally, my husband struggled with breathing while having it on. I hope we are doing something wrong; otherwise, this machine and mask aren’t helping my husband's problems!
